We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange purchased merchandise. Altered dresses and Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please contact us and provide details for returning the merchandise. You will cover the cost of shipping returns, for exchanges, shipping fees will be waved

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after the returned item was received

Please, ensure that the Dress Splendor tag is in place and the merchandise has not been altered, this includes no pet heir
